Typical day in an american uni :

  • - 6AM : Wake up-

    The day starts early: discipline, commitment, and ambition are the key values.

  • - 7AM : practice 1 -

    Morning training sessions on the track or outdoors: speed, endurance, or strength training, depending on the coach’s program.

  • - 9AM : breakfast -

    A nutritious meal to refuel, often shared with the team at the campus dining hall.

  • - 10AM : Class -

    Academic time: you pursue your university studies through dynamic and interactive classes.

  • - 12PM : Lunch break -

    A balanced meal break, often shared with other athletes. Nutrition is a key pillar of performance.

  • - 1 to 4PM : free time -

    Recovery time (nap), treatment (physiotherapy, cryotherapy), homework, or academic meetings. A moment to recover and stay organized.

  • - 4 PM : practice 2 -

    Second training session of the day: fartlek, strength training, hill workouts, or tempo runs. The goal is clear: improve every week.

  • - 7 PM : dinner -

    The last meal of the day with the team, often followed by a moment of relaxation or study.

  • - Evening : Free time -

    Studying, games, conversations, or rest. A moment to unwind before starting again the next day.
